Instructions

1: In a bowl, mix together Self Rising Flour, Coconut Flour, Vanilla Protein Powder, 170g of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Zero Calorie Sweetener, and Egg.

2: Once mixed, drop in the PB2 mixture and mix into cookie dough.

3: Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 18-20 minutes.

4: In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 170g of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt with Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding.

5: Add Zero Sugar Cool Whip and the second PB2 mixture to the yogurt and pudding mix.

6: Once the cookies are done and have cooled, add the topping mixture.

7: Crush the Reese’s Thins and add them on top. Serve and enjoy!
